I don’t know how I got so lucky to have a realtor like Ted. He is the one of the most caring and generous people I’ve ever met. I was in a homeless shelter for three months due to a fire at my home in December of last year. The house was in a huge mess and took over 3 months to clean up and get ready to put on the market. Ted was amazing, he had my best interest at heart, being disabled and having no income wasn’t a factor, he just wanted to help me get back on my feet before the bank foreclosed. He replaced the whole front porch with new boards, took a garage full of huge black garbage bags to the dump with a small trailer behind his Subaru, repaired holes in the drywall and so many things that were not in his job description even cleaned up and mowed the yard hauled it away as well. These are just some things but all the heavy lifting he did on his own time and own dime. My house sold in three days none of it would have happened if it hadn’t been for the kindness of one man, Ted Tanner.
